Our Car & Tourguide will pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi at 8:00 pm. Transfer to Hanoi Railway Station then take the night train to Lao Cai - Sapa. We will arrange the First Class Train Ticket. Sleep well on the Train.

Sapa is famed for its Love Market – sort of a cross between a peacock mating ritual, a Middle Eastern arms bazaar, an Amish square dance, a bad Pavarotti concert and Bangkok’s Patpong (except here the people wear clothes). On Saturday nights, hill tribe youths of both sexes congregate in a weekly courting rite, singing tribal versions of Loretta Lynn love songs to woo the opposite sex.

The minority people can only yield one crop of rice annually, which leads to food shortfalls in many communes at specific times. This shortage of food contributes to malnutrition and other related health problems. The climatic conditions also contribute to many health issues including coughs, colds, and bronchial and respiratory problems that are commonplace throughout the community.

The train arrives at the Lao Cai train station at approximately 6 am. There will be a vehicle waiting to transfer us to Sapa. The drive to Sapa is only 33 km, but it takes around 1.5 hours. Once at Sapa, we will check into the Hotel in Sapa, and have time to freshen up, and have breakfast at Local restaurant or at hotel in Sapa Town.

The trek brings you upper mountain range of Sapa, overlook down to its valley. Our local guide will prepare lunch in a local house while you walk around the village to meet local people and visit catholic church. After lunch the local guide takes you back to Sapa on different way, which goes further to the other side of the mountain.

7.am Arrive Lao Cai station. Pick up at Lao Cai station then transfer to Sapa. Check in hotel and then, trek to Cat Cat and Sin Chai villages of H’mong tribe. Enjoy the waterfall in Cat Cat and beautiful scenery along the way. Lunch time at Sapa town and visit Ham Rong Mountain-

Have breakfast and take a shower in the hotel before the trip starts. Trek down to Lao Chai village to visit the Black H’mong. Have a picnic lunch on the way then keep on going along the valley to get to Ta Van village where Dzay people live. Then overnight in a local family.
